The project construction is scheduled to be done in two phases. First phase contains four towers. Two office towers on the far east side of the site will be constructed first. South tower construction started first and here's current development progress.<br /><br /><a name="more"></a><br />This <a href="http://architecturaldrawing.blogspot.com/2012/12/hudson-yards-new-neighborhood-for-west.html" target="_blank">47-story skyscraper</a>, designed by KPF, will be 273m (895ft) tall. It is located right next to the High Line park (phase 3) at 10th avenue and West 30th street. Space is leased to Coach Inc company which will occupy the tower in 2015.<br /><br />Photos below are from December 10-12th. After several design changes, phase 1 of the new neighborhood development got green light. Final design is similar to the previous one about which we were reporting earlier this year in detailed post about <a href="http://architecturaldrawing.blogspot.com/2012/06/hudson-yards-new-york.html" target="_blank">new New York towers</a>.<br /><br /><a name="more"></a><br />Phase 1, which broke the ground this week, is development of the eastern part of site in west Manhattan, between 11th and 10th avenues.
